Thank you for choosing our VOW ERP software. We strive to provide you with the best experience; however, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are applicable within 15 days from the date of purchase or activation of the software, as specified in the terms of your purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the software must not have been used beyond a certain threshold, such as a limited number of modules or features accessed and, as specified in the terms of your purchase.

  • The refund request must adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy.

  • For subscription-based services, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period at the time of cancellation, following the terms specified in your subscription agreement.

Non-eligible Circumstances:

  • No refunds will be provided after the specified refund period has lapsed.

  • Refunds will not be granted for situations where the software has been extensively utilized or customized, exceeding the usage criteria specified in the terms of your purchase.

  • Refunds are not applicable for any services, support, or additional purchases made in conjunction with the software.

  • No refunds will be on the customization charges, account manager charges, Tally integrations, and dedicated server charges.
